CAIFS Institute of Technical Skill Development LLP is Kerala’s first On-the-Job Training institute exclusively dedicated to Building Management Systems — the intelligent technology that powers modern smart buildings across India and the world We are a Skill India recognised Vocational Training Provider, certified by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
What makes CAIFS different from every other technical training institute in Kerala is one simple conviction: a classroom alone cannot build a career. That conviction led us to do something no institute in this state had done before establishing a live On-the-Job Training partnership in Dubai, placing every student on a real building automation project in the UAE as a mandatory part of the programme.
Our campus in Kadavanthara, Ernakulam is equipped with a working BMS training lab real DDC controllers, sensor rigs, actuator sets, HMI displays, and communication hardware so students handle actual field equipment from the very first week

CAITS Building Contractors LLC
The UAE arm. A licensed building automation and contracting company operating on live projects across Dubai and the wider UAE. This is the company that makes the CAIFS Dubai OJT not just possible, but credible. Students do not get placed through a loose third-party arrangement; they join their own group company’s active project team in Dubai, working on real BMS installations under direct supervision. The UAE experience certificate issued at the end of OJT carries the name and licence of a registered, operational Dubai company giving it the legal standing and employer credibility that no ordinary training letter can match.
CAITS Info Solutions Pvt Ltd
The Indian arm. A registered technology and solutions company with deep roots in building automation and systems integration. CAITS Info Solutions is the knowledge backbone behind CAIFS; its industry experience, technical expertise, and professional networks directly shape every module taught at the institute. CAIFS was founded because CAITS saw the BMS industry struggling to find job-ready graduates and decided to build the pipeline itself.
